P.E.A.C.E and Blessings ALL...

I would like, if possible, to get others thoughts on what is called the 11 Laws of God as taken from the book "MAAT : The 11 Laws of God" written by Shekhem Ur Shekhem (King of Kings) of the Ausar Auset Society - RA UN NEFER AMEN.

I welcome your thoughts regardless of religion or beliefs. How are they similar to your own religion, belief? Do you disagree with any of them? Why? General thoughts etc etc.

Firstly however I will give a small excerpt from the book to explain what is meant by Law in this case.

MAAT : The 11 Laws of God pg 17 - RA UN NEFER AMEN

WHAT ARE THE LAWS OF GOD

Let's begin by making clear that the Laws of God bear no resemblance to man's laws. They are not injunctions or commandments to be obeyed. They are not rules, prohibitions, or regulations prescribed to govern the bahavior of man. Neither are they conventions that sages have met and agree upon.

They are Principles that explain the nature and interaction of the forces and principles that influence man's life - his/her thinking, feelings, actions and destiny. The observance of these Principles will enable the individual to live in harmony with these principles and forces, thus gaining access to God's wisdom and spiritual power - all else that is needed or is important in life will follow. They apply to the 11 spheres of spiritual influence operating in man's spirit and the world.

The presentation of the Laws does not appeal to belief, faith or comprehension through some as yet unmanifested "higher spiritual" faculty. They appeal to man's reasoning power and common experience.

I'll present the 11 Laws in the next post, untill then...

The 11 Laws of God:

#11 Law of Geb - Know that from heaven you came and to heaven you will return, seek not enduring works on earth.

#10 Law of Auset - Prepare to sacrifice everything to become the vessel of God on earth, and you will, in turn, receive everything.

#9 Law of Sebek - It is not what you think or what you affirm. It is who is thinking and affirming. Are you a human or a divine being?

#8 Law of Het-Heru - It is not what you imagine. It is who is imagining. Are you a human or a divine being?

#7 Law of Heru - You have the power but not the right to ignore God's Law. Choose to follow the Law of God with the Love and Joy that grows out of understanding and the wisdom and power of God's spirit will flow through your being.

#6 Law of HeruKhuti - Know that God neither punishes nor rewards nor protect, that you will have the comfort of controlling these yourself.

#5 Law of Maat - God needs you in order to come into the world. Fulfilling God's need is the highest act of love, and only through your love for God can you fulfill your love for others. Become the Love of God in the world for the protection of the world.

#4 Law of Sekher - When the emotions of Man manifest in response to the Word of God, they have the power to influence the course of any and all events in the world.

#3 Law of Tehuti - When all of your thoughts, feelings and actions reflect the Word of God, then the power of God's spirit and a peace that nothing can challange will flow through your being.

#2 Law of Ausar - Your nature is an unconquerable peace, therefore nothing or no one in the world can be against you. All experiences come to you to promote your reclamation of peace, that you may in turn, aquire wisdom and power.

#1 Law of Amen - You were made in the likeness of a peace that nothing can disturb. Reclaim your peace that you may attain to your reason for coming into existence - the enjoyment of life.

All comments welcome, look forward to your responses.

I was recently given a prayer, by someone who I believe to be of high intelligence. He amazed me with his knowledge about me and we did not know each other. He gave me this prayer that starts with El Kuluwm I was told to start all prayer and meditation with it as this is the name of the most high, who is my creator and sustainer and i should always call on that force....

I have no Idea what this is or about. After reading the 11 laws I got lots of goosebumps and a weird (sorry I can only describe as) fizzy feeling in my head and heart. I don't know what this all is about but I like it. I have tried to research some but have come up with nothing much, can someone clarify or suggest some reading material?

Thanks much appreciated.

Well, then they aren't exactly laws, are they?

#11 Law of Geb - Know that from heaven you came and to heaven you will return, seek not enduring works on earth.

If you want to say that when we die we go back to where ever it was we were before we were born, I'll go along along with you that far. I wouldn't call that place/state heaven though.

#10 Law of Auset
- Prepare to sacrifice everything to become the vessel of God on earth, and you will, in turn, receive everything.

Is this another deny-yourself-in-this-life-and-you'll-get-everything-in-the-next-one type thing?

#9 Law of Sebek
- It is not what you think or what you affirm. It is who is thinking and affirming. Are you a human or a divine being?

Human. Thinking is important, no matter who is doing it (or who isn't doing it)

#8 Law of Het-Heru
- It is not what you imagine. It is who is imagining. Are you a human or a divine being?

Human. See #9

#7 Law of Heru
- You have the power but not the right to ignore God's Law. Choose to follow the Law of God with the Love and Joy that grows out of understanding and the wisdom and power of God's spirit will flow through your being.

Everyone has the right to ignore gods. Everyone should have the right to deny gods.

#6 Law of HeruKhuti
- Know that God neither punishes nor rewards nor protect, that you will have the comfort of controlling these yourself.

OK

#5 Law of Maat
- God needs you in order to come into the world. Fulfilling God's need is the highest act of love, and only through your love for God can you fulfill your love for others. Become the Love of God in the world for the protection of the world.

Since atheists are fully capable of loving others, then "rule" seems busted.

#4 Law of Sekher
- When the emotions of Man manifest in response to the Word of God, they have the power to influence the course of any and all events in the world.

OK

#3 Law of Tehuti
- When all of your thoughts, feelings and actions reflect the Word of God, then the power of God's spirit and a peace that nothing can challange will flow through your being.

It is unknown what gods feel or think and how they act, rendering this rule of little use.

#2 Law of Ausar
- Your nature is an unconquerable peace, therefore nothing or no one in the world can be against you. All experiences come to you to promote your reclamation of peace, that you may in turn, aquire wisdom and power.

Bad things happen in life. Deal with it and move on. People can certainly be against others.

#1 Law of Amen
- You were made in the likeness of a peace that nothing can disturb. Reclaim your peace that you may attain to your reason for coming into existence - the enjoyment of life.

These are all very broad and ambiguous. I don't see any way to actually apply these propositions to real life.

#9 Law of Sebek - It is not what you think or what you affirm. It is who is thinking and affirming. Are you a human or a divine being?

I think that how is far more important than what or who.

All this rule does is to encourage people to stop thinking and swallow dogma whole and undigested.
