Oh my JEEZE, every move I make needs to just be removed and forgotten. LOL! And the dang,...Let It Rise song, I don't know why, but it makes me angry when I hear it just because it's really just,....I don't like it at all anymore. I hear it so much. Oh, and Mighty is our God or whatever that's called,....when you sing it you're all like,...'yay,..mgihty is God,...woopty-doo,..let's try to sing pretty, that's the whole point of this song',....or maybe that's just at my church,... it's really hard to get me to be like this with songs,...sO you KNOW, i've heard them WAY too much!!!!!!

Ok, for all you people who play Praise and Worship tunes, give me a top 5 song list that you are so tired of playing, you'd rather eat your own eyeballs that have to go through.

5 - Days of Elijah - Now going on the 576th time!
4 - Every Move I make (The La La's kill me!!)
3 - Now to Live The Life - Brought it back from Brownsville, and have killed it
2 - Amazing Grace (Dont hate me)
1 - Let God Arise. - Fun @ first, but you just cant spice it up any more

I used to lead worship for our university Christian Union back in the late '90s, and we went through a phase where every song was either by Martin Smith or Matt Redman - don't get me wrong, I like them, but someone pointed this out and it was suggested that a bit of variety might be a good idea. Also, My Jesus, my Saviour was sung pretty much every week, which could get a bit much...

David.

I am in a praise band and these songs in my opinion need to die...

5: Every move I make (a very monotone song)
4: Trading my sorrows (I would rather have my sorrows than sing this song)
3: Open the eyes of my heart (this song gets on my nerves in english then we learned it in spanish...which isn't much better.
2: Famous one (this one waaaaaay too high for most girls, it comes out as one big shrill!)
1: The Happy Song (After hearing this song...I'm not happy anymore...)

I actually like most of the songs people have listed here, so here's my list.

5. Awesome God (particularly the versions sung without the verses)
4. We Fall Down
3. You Are My All in All
2. Thy Word
1. Amazing Grace

((Actually, there's a hymn called All Creatures of our God and King that I hate as much if not more than Amazing Grace, but it's not one I would expect a lot of people to know so I'm leaving it out))
