Definitely praying. Did you do something that injured your back? Or do you even know what caused it?

Yeah. Could be. I developed back probs (not from that) when I was in my late twenties. I did not have a ruptured disc (at least I don't think I did. I didn't have MRI or myelegram) but it was pretty bad for awhile and I never knew what I did to cause it.
