That awkward moment when you make eye contact with someone who's walking toward you from far away but you look down because it would be creepy to stare at them the whole time as they approach you. So you keep looking down until they get close enough and you make eye contact again and awkwardly smile as they pass by.

haha I did this a while back, except the girl was walking towards me and when we got close I said hey, ensuing awkward moment, then I just laughed, and she did to. I'm really glad I don't have a crush on her anymore lol.
