Breached birth. Most of the time they have to manually rotate the baby to the proper position. Ive had to do this with cows, but its basically the same for people.
Gotcha. I remember my uncles having to do that for their cows. It's actually lethal for bunnies to give birth backwards. That's how we lost our first rabbit.
Its extraordinarily dangerous for babies, too. Their necks are so weak and fragile, it can break their necks, especially since human heads are proportionally larger than other "animals".
