I don't know if you are a genuine hippie like I was am still am, kinda sorta. I grew up in the 60's. Well, any way, I saw your name and I couldn't resist posting this for you. This is the cover of Time Magazine from the summer of 1971. Inside there was a huge article about the Jesus Movement which consisted of many hippies giving their lives to Christ.
