I am an amateur web designer with a big site at Epiphany's big site

Recently, I put our bible study at Ark of the Covenant, a Christian MUD games online. Cascading style sheets were very useful for using diferent colour to mark the different people speaking. I love CSS. It makes designing easier and separates content from design. I learned XHTML and things are looking good. To see the bible study page, check out bible blog

Our next bible study is friday at 18.00, so that will give me time to figure out how to filter text that doesn't have anything to do with the bible study. I tried to do it manually, but i will let the MUD client omit unwanted lines. It will make the page smaller and load quicker.

Anybody else here use CSS and XHTML in their pages. How do you like it?

yup i use external CSS very useful, as it cuts down alot of coding. and im just getting up to speed on xhtml. but its not that hard to get the hang of.
ive been designing webpages for around 4 years... and have recently done my church's page http://www.lakewood.org.au its not fully complete yet, theres still some code i need to clean up, and get some more info up.

oh and i would not make a page without using CSS as it also saves sooo much time!

I use css and xhtml in my internet programming class and on most of the websites i design. I really love css, so cool that you can make one stylesheet and link it to everything, and its so easy as long as you have a list of all the properties. xhtml is cool, though its a bother compared to regualr html because its more strict. I do think it a good thing though, it will eventually clean up the coding on the internet once it becomes standard for browsers. until then its just something to get used to until its implementation on the net.

Right now in my internet programming class we are working on xml and xsl. Im really interested in it because you can make a template, or xsl file, and apply it too all sorts of xml files. Its sort of like a style sheet but better. Im not too good at it yet and am just scratching the surface.
