Unfortunately, there are people in every state, province, and country in the world who are quite capable of committing the same crime. Racism and prejudice is a problem with the human condition in general.

When it leads to criminal actions the perpetrators should be punished to the full extent of the law.

Milla, please don't be hatin' on my home-state, sweetie! Trust me, having lived in Texas, Louisiana, and Tennessee, I can tell you that ignorance and racism abound in many small towns in many different states.

Sometimes it occurs in the biggest towns, too: Remember the Rodney King fiasco from 1989 in Los Angeles?

What about the inter-tribal racism that occurs on the African continent resulting in the slaughter of countless thousands?

Racism is a cancer that exists far beyond the boundaries of my home-state of Texas...
