I think other states should pitch in, perhaps donate resources to help because this is a national problem. We have seen what jihadists have done in the Ukraine, how many will cross our border we don't know. With Central American countries also releasing prisoners that end up in the United States this is a problem that needs to be addressed now.

Texas cannot afford to send too many. Roughly 1/4 of their workforce consists of immigrants. This article does not specify legal or illegal, but I have a feeling that quite a few of them are not here with Green Cards:

“As we continue to adjust to the shifting economy, today’s unemployment data reflects the resiliency of the District workforce,” said DOES Director Dr. Unique Morris-Hughes. “DC is open, our recovery continues, and we remain committed to connecting Washingtonians to opportunities that lead to economic prosperity.”

The District’s preliminary December job estimates show a decrease of 200 jobs, for a total of 761,800 jobs in the District. The private sector decreased by 200 jobs. The public sector jobs remained the same. The numbers are drawn from the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) through its monthly survey of the District of Columbia’s employers.

It also clashes with regime forces or Iranian-backed militias or Russian forces. It is crucial for IS to claim responsibility for every attack in order to prove its existence.”

Aryfov estimates there were about 1.5 million Muslims living in Ukraine prior to Russia's invasion, and most of them were in areas hardest hit by the war.

Many Muslims not originally from Ukraine, such as university students studying in the country, returned to their home countries, he added.

"They have been very, very deeply impacted by war. They have lived in shelters without power, without food, without heat. [It's] at the end of winter. It's still quite cold and we know there have been about 10,000 Muslims who have been killed," Aryfov said.

He says some Muslims have died defending their country, including those who are fighting as part of the Ukrainian army.
