Ok, go advanced under the message box. Go to manage attatchments at the bottom; click on it (of course); browse for your file; when you find it click on it; click open; it will appear in the box; then pick add this (or something like that) next to the browse button; wait for your attatchment to appear below the all done button and then click all done.
