Some people this is a problem for. Some it's not. You'll have to decide which one you are. Don't get sucked in.
That environment isn't the best. Things happen. So be careful.
I would enjoy the possibility of you finding something else to do. But I also understand how you feel.

What does your heart tell you? I believe that God will guide us if we just listen and don't try to rationalize or equivocate against what we hear.

My wife read me a passage this weekend written by a nun. I cannot recall her name but she relates an incident that occurred when she was a child. She had been given some money to buy candy with. As she stood in line to pay, there was an elderly couple in front of her that did not have enough money to pay for the groceries they had picked out. The money she had been given was enough to make up the difference. She felt a conviction in her heart to give them that money. She rebelled against the conviction and bought the candy anyway. She said that she knew she had sinned. She understood where the conviction to give the money came from and she had disobeyed. She took no pleasure in the candy. She said that taught her more about sin than any sermon or scripture. Belief is an idea that you are willing to act upon. (Not an original quote). If you believe that God will guide you, listen to your heart and act on what you hear.

For me, it is a struggle not to give in to non-Christian family and friends, a struggle that is very hard indeed for me.

Just thought I'd share my thoughts.....

As a college student and a guy, I find myself tempted around girls...and I don't mean only sexual temptation. I primarily struggle with emotional problems. Fortunately I live off campus in a secluded area, so I don't have problems with any obscenities or anything along those lines. But I still find myself being lazy and over eating and freaking out about a girl. Many times I just wish I wasn't so crazy about her (she's a believer). Fortunately I haven't seen her in a while, but at the same time that increases the anxiety.

So at the moment I struggle with these 'silly' things
