My names Hannah and I am 22 years of age, I'm really struggling at the moment with temptation I have lost my battle with masturbation and watching porn I haven't watched porn in years but it snuck back on me as for mastubation it is a habit I find hard to control.

Hello sister, will pray for you but the best advice for you is avoid situations where you become idle because an idle mind is the devil's workshop. So I would encourage fasting, prayer and reading the Word of God.
The Word of God is Spirit feed your spirit man and you will get stronger and know your place in Christ. It is the spirit that quickens but the flesh profits nothing.
