No, I don't think your soul will "be at risk" , but really what it comes down to is, what's the profit? take care.

Mate, don't you believe that the OP's "soul" will not be at risk. It is already at risk, and if he keeps on dabbling in that sort of thing, and makes someone else stumble, then both their "soul" will be at risk as their "house will be empty, swept, and put in order". Go and read Matthew 12:43-45 and Luke 11:24-26.

Now if you keep on dabbling in that practie then you will pay the consequences.

Mate stop there, because you have no idea what you are saying. Of course the OP knows he was doing evil, because it contrary to His Word. There is no grey areas between good and evil. Curiousity is what causes "man" to lose their life! Read Galatians 5:13 to 6:9, and take note of Gal. 5:19-21 and 6:7-8.

I think the verse about having enough faith to move a mountain really means:
having enough faith that GOD CAN move a mountain if you pray to Him about it. (According to your faith, it will be given to you, if it's God's will)
Elijah was a man like us, Apostle said, and he prayed to God, and there was no rain. And we can do the same. We can pray for GOD to do the miracles. But it is God who does them, not us.

I agree with what someone said: there are two powers: God's and Satan's. We have to be careful when dealing with spiritual world which we know so little about. Satan can appear as an angel of light in order to deceive somebody.

It is said in the bible that with the help of God a man can move a mountain if he believes he can with God well I believe the same principle applies with telekinesis and such but I need a bit of clarification. I will post a few quotes from a chat I had with my uncle and a few things I read somewhere:

Jesus did some amazing miracles that fall within the realm of these abilities, so, not all demonic at all.

but he also said, that anything he did mankind is capable of doing.

but in the bible you shouldn't dabble in magic even if you have good intentions but would kinesis be classified as magic?

So unless telekinesis has been immorally acquired, it is a tool, and neither bad nor good.

You're too caught up in having special abilities. Die to yourself, pick up your cross, and follow Him. If you do these things, you won't have the time or effort to expend on being more special than others. True holy people who have gifts do not own up to them and are very humble (they don't talk about it and will always bring the focus back to God). They see themselves as sinners and their focus is entirely on God and that it is only for Him and His glory and because of Him that anyone has gifts at all. Be a servant of the Most High. Pray that His will be done (not yours).
