ROBIN:The undisputed leader of the Teen Titans, Robin relies on nothing more than his wit and fearless nature to hold the team together. Once the partner of the legendary vigilante Batman, Robin's leadership abilities, analytical skills, and raw courage are of invaluable aid to the team and the cause that they uphold. Along with his unbridled speed and agility, Robin also has a utility belt at his disposal which houses a variety of projectiles with a vast array of different effects, a retractable bo-staff and a cape made of high-density polymerized titanium that is ten times as strong as steel. From razor-sharp Bird-a-rangs and freeze-disks to complex circuitry capable of hacking the most intricate of portable computer systems, Robin almost always has the perfect tools for many different situations. His high level of preparedness for any battle combined with his unparalleled daring make him a fearless opponent ready for almost any situation.

Robin also brings his expertise to the Teen Titans as a group. His years of hardened experience and mental training allow him to effectively coordinate battles and provide the Titans with invaluable leadership skills. While he spends much of his time putting himself through rigorous training exercises, he is never too busy to chill out and have some fun with his fellow teammates. Robin realizes that effective leadership requires both respect and friendship, and he's always willing to help out the Titans with their problems or to just hang out. While he enjoys a close relationship with most of the Titans, he spends a great deal of his time with Starfire in particular to help her get accustomed to life on Earth.

While a dedicated and capable leader, Robin's got his fair share of issues, too. When crud goes down, Robin sometimes loses control of himself in his obsessive fervor to "catch the bad guy". This trait was expressed multiple times in Robin's attempts to catch the manipulative Slade: In one instance, Robin doubled as a criminal "Red X" for the express purpose of tricking Slade into forging a partnership with him. In another, Robin's fervor to leave his friends behind and catch Slade led him to be captured by Slade for the purpose of turning Robin into his apprentice.

Throughout everything that he's been through, his friends (particularly Starfire) have always been with him. Even though Robin has proved himself multiple times to have the skills to defeat the rest of the superpowered Titans, he still considers his buddies to be his most valuable asset. With the help of his friends, Robin seems to have gotten a handle on this particular issue.

STARFIRE: A powerful extraterrestrial being from the planet Tamaran, Starfire is the innocent newcomer to the group. Although she is still learning about the strange habits and foreign customs on the planet Earth, she remains a fierce fighter capable of firing extremely powerful energy blasts from her hands and flight. She is a warm-hearted, kind, and gentle friend that gets along well with all the other Teen Titans. In particular, she spends a lot of time with Robin and considers him to be her best friend. A dedicated optimist, Starfire may have powers and abilities that she's not even aware of yet.

Like her sister, Blackfire, Starfire can now shoot bolts out of her eyes--something she gained when she went through a process called "transformation", in which a Tamaranian evolves. She was one of the few who went about it by a process called "Chrysalis", where a horn sprouts from the forehead, two additional horns from the neck, longer ears become visible, and the feet swell to a larger size as well; this all leads up to forming a cocoon around herself, which lasts only a few minutes. Unfortunately, during this stage of Chrysalis, she is defenseless--and, had it not been for the other Titans, she would've been eaten by a Chrysalis Hunter, a white and red monster that goes through life waiting for a Tamaranian to go into this phase.

Starfire received a summons from Tamaran to come and wed her betrothed--a man she had never met, but was forced to marry. Though it turned out to be a giant ploy by Blackfire, Starfire almost spent her life with the snot-monster Glgrdsklechhh. After she found out about the plan, Starfire overthrew Blackfire and gave the throne to Galfore, so she could return with her friends to earth.

CYBORG: After a horrific accident, metal and flesh were bound together to create Cyborg. Cyborg is a hybrid of a human and a machine, and wields a massive sonic cannon capable of unleashing high-decibel blasts. Blessed with a powerful grip, superhuman strength, and a variety of other gadgets, Cyborg is the backbone of the Teen Titans. While Cyborg's robotic components are susceptible to digital assault and his power battery can run out of juice, his steadfast friendship provides strong physical and emotional support to the group. Despite the fact that Cyborg often loses his temper (especially in the face of adversity or significant annoyance), he is incredibly loyal and dedicated to his teammates. Having designed the T-Car all by himself, Cyborg is also an adept mechanic.

When Cyborg first infiltrated the H.I.V.E. academy as Victor Stone, he hoped to take down Brother Blood on his own--but when he failed both the first and second times, Cyborg began to question his place in the Titans.

Cyborg later headed up the eastern division of Teen Titans, Titans East. Leaving the Titans in the West, Cyborg served as leader of the new Titan team, up until Brother Blood got involved. Using his technology against him, Cyborg was only able to defeat Brother Blood once he realized that it was his spirit that was able to resist Blood's control, not his tech.

Cyborg went back west with the Titans, leaving Bumble Bee in charge of Titans East.

RAVEN: With a mystical power over inanimate objects, Raven is the most mysterious of the Teen Titans. Under her grim and sarcastic demeanor this puzzling Titans member is of invaluable aid to the team. With an unusual love for the dark and creepy (especially horror flicks and haunted houses), Raven often prefers the comfort of being alone and retreats to the comforting emptiness of her room in times of leisure. While not grim to the point of depressing, her more passive nature provides balance to a team of lively and often hyperactive members. While Raven often exudes creepy vibes and never hesitates to give her fellow team members a piece of her mind she is still a supportive and caring member of the group.

Raven controls her power by maintaining a calm state of mind and restraining her emotions. When Beast Boy and Cyborg took a trip into her mind, they realized that behind Raven's calm exterior there lie many conflicting emotions and identities, including an "angry raven" that is represented by her father, Trigon. She often uses meditation to pacify her mind and keep her multi-faceted identity in check.

Rising from his hardened lava encasement, Slade returned--and this time it was for Raven. His only task was to deliver a message: Raven’s destiny was chosen at birth; her father, “Scathe” or “Trigon”, would, through Raven, destroy the Earth and all its inhabitants. While Raven and the Titans try to find a way to prevent this, the odds are stacked against her: both Slade and Raven’s mother, Arella, call it her fate and she is doomed to live it.

Seeing no other way out, Raven gave herself up to Slade and Trigon. The prophecy was fulfilled and Trigon nearly destroyed the universe, just as the prophecy had stated. He seized control of Earth and froze everyone in time. With Raven's help, the Titans remained un-frozen and after much battle with Trigon's tricks, the Titans and Slade eventually began to wear Trigon down. It was Raven, however, to defeated her father; after seeing the Titans actually hurting Trigon, she realized she might still have a chance to defeat him. Harnessing what power that her father left in her, Raven grew into an older body and destroyed Trigon.

Raven returned home with her friends; friends that became even closer when she realized that they had not given up on her, even when she was without hope.

BEAST BOY: has the unusual ability to morph into any animal that he chooses, even extinct varieties such as the Tyrannosaurus Rex. The lighthearted jokester of the group, Beast Boy's cheerful outlook on life combined with his silly humor help to lighten up the atmosphere when things get grim around the Tower. While he sometimes gets on his teammates' nerves with his annoying wisecracks, erratic behavior (like always borrowing Cyborg's stuff and then losing it), and idiotic pranks, he is very valuable both in battle and as a companion and friend.

Beast Boy's relationship with fellow Teen Titan Terra went from good, to bad, to good, to horrible. Though they both cared for each other, Terra's betrayal of the Titans drove them too far apart, until the very end. The two embraced one last time before Terra sacrificed herself to save the city and it's inhabitants.

After a fight with Adonis, Beast Boy had his "inner-beast" unleashed. A fearsome werewolf type creature that was triggered when Beast Boy became extremely angered. The creature, a side-affect of a chemical that had fallen on him and Adonis, was eventually subdued by a serum that Cyborg concocted.

TERRA: is small teenage girl with big powers. Gifted with amazing earth-moving abilities, Terra can make rocks fly, mountains crumble, and the ground tremble beneath her feet. Terra may also have feelings for our resident animal lover, Beast Boy. However, there might be more to the hip, funny young hero than what initially meets the eye...

After she mistakenly thinks Beast Boy told Robin their secret (that she can't control her powers), she runs off--with Slade continuing to watch her every move. She later returned to the Titans tower later on, and asked if she could still be a Titan. After gaining their trust, she became the sixth Titan to live in the tower.

The Titans later found out that she was working alongside Slade--giving him information on their weaknesses, their Tower defense system and more. Though Beast Boy promised that no matter what she did, he'd never stop being her friend--but the handing of his friends over to this mad-man was too much for him to handle.

Beast Boy's rejection turned Terra completely over to Slade's side, and felt no remorse till the very end about her decision. Terra took each of the Titans down, one by one, until the city belonged to Slade and her. What she didn't realize about the Titans though, is they don't go down easily--they returned to defeat her and Slade, only to find out that she had decided to leave Slade's side. Once she found she was unable to, Slade gained control of her body via the suit he had given her--it tied into her nervous system, allowing him to fight as long as she was up and willing.

She turned her powers onto Slade in her last effort to save herself from a horrible fate. Though it seemed everything would be all right in the end, Terra's powers had triggered a volcano --one that would annihilate everything in it's path. Sacrificing herself to save her friends and the city, Terra stopped the volcanic eruption from happening; for this sacrifice, she was turned into a statue made of the rapidly cooled lava. Though no safe way is known of extracting her now, the Titans are actively seeking a way to free their friend.

SLADE: As the enigmatic archenemy of the Titans, Slade sends his underlings and robots to do his bidding and perform his various unsavory tasks. Not much is known about him other than that he is a very dangerous, highly resourceful individual. He has known connections to the Hive Academy, Cinderblock, Plasmus, Red X, Thunder, and Lightning (among many others). Cunning and intelligent, Slade is probably the greatest menace that the Teen Titans have ever faced. He understands the importance of careful planning and delicacy in achieving his goals, a character trait that is highlighted by the fact that he is rarely ever directly involved in any of his underhanded dealings.

Slade watches the Titans very closely, and could have easily dispatched them at any time. Instead, he slowly manipulated and challenged the Titans in a scheme that ended with Robin in Slade's hands ready to do his every bidding. By tricking Robin into finding his hideout, Slade managed to control Robin by threatening to kill the rest of the Titans if Robin didn't follow Slade's every order to the letter. Slade noted the similarities between Robin and himself, and deemed Robin to be his apprentice. Luckily, the Titans managed to foil Slade's plot and save Robin. However, Slade managed to escape relatively un-singed and the Titans have no idea as to what his next plans are.

In his last fight with the Titans, Slade was thrown into a pit of boiling lava. It is unknown if he survived, but knowing his training, it's very likely that Slade survived.

Rising from his hardened lava encasement, Slade returned--and this time it was for Raven. Now bearing the mark of Scathe ("Trigon"), has powers granted by the master himself. Delivering messages to Raven about events to come and reminding her of her destiny is all that Slade has to perform until he gets what he truly desires back.

When the time came for Raven's prophecy to be fulfilled, Trigon turned on Slade and went back on their bargain: when Terra defeated Slade, before dieing, Trigon made a deal with Slade; this deal made Slade Trigon's "puppet" and granted Slade new powers. When the deal was over, Slade would return to the mortal world with his own flesh and blood.

Once Trigon backed out on the deal, Slade struck a bargain with Robin. He'd take Robin to Raven so she could defeat Trigon, while Slade went to get his body back. After blowing the door off of Trigon's "soul chamber", Slade's body was restored. He and the Titans parted ways, but there's no doubt in the Titans minds that they will meet again.

Trigon: is destined to destroy Earth through his “gem”—his daughter Raven. When she was born, she was cursed with this destiny and it’s up to her and the Titans to attempt to stop Slade and Trigon from fulfilling it.

Trigon nearly destroyed the universe, just as the prophecy had stated. He seized control of Earth and froze everyone in time. With Raven's help, the Titans remained un-frozen and after much battle with Trigon's tricks, the Titans and Slade eventually began to wear Trigon down. As the new Headmaster of the Hive Academy, Brother Blood amassed numerous super-powered teens under his tuteledge. Using his formidable mental abilities - and his undeniable charisma - Blood kept the teens under his thrall. When Cyborg went undercover at the Academy, he almost fell under Blood's influence before escaping with the evil Headmaster's high-tech gear.
Blood later created an undersea base that was destroyed by the Titans with the help of new ally Bumblebee. When Brother Blood was spotted heading toward the East Coast, Bumblebee formed Titans East with Aqualad, Speedy and Mas Y Menos. Blood used Cyborg's blueprints and enlisted Professor Chang to give him cybernetic implants to enhance his already formidable mind-controlling abilities.

Now using Cyborg's Titans East teammates against him, Blood had the upper hand. But one thing Brother Blood didn't count on was Cyborg's human spirit - his drive and determination - which is what defeated Blood in the end.

Mad Mod:

The Teen Titans awoke to find themselves captured -- prisoners of Mad Mod, a madcap bad guy in a psychedelic suit. Miffed at the way the Titans "disrespect ed their elders" and "interfered with the toils of hard working criminals", Mad Mod had decided to teach the teens a lesson. Thus, he created a massive mind-bending school full of optical illusions and brain-washing hypno-screens. Robin eventually saw through the endless illusions and captured the cockney criminal.
Mad Mod later resurfaced and crashed the Titans' Fourth of July festivities, declaring the American Revolution was a hoax and reclaimed the city for Jolly Old England. If that wasn't enough, old Mod used his high-tech cane to steal Robin's youth, making "King Moddie" young again while Robin turned into a withered dried up old man.

Star and the others used teamwork to restore Robin and destroy Mod's high-tech hypno-world.

TITANS EAST:

After Brother Blood's second H.I.V.E. was destroyed, Bumble Bee and Aqualad tracked him to Steel City. Setting up base here in the event of another Brother Blood attack, Teen Titans East was formed. Cyborg volunteered to check up on their progress--and what he found wasn't pretty. The Tower itself was in shambles and the team needed to learn a thing or two about working together. With a little elbow grease ("or a truckload of elbow grease") and patience, the Titans East Tower was full operational and the Team was able to work together without hassle.

Of course, nothing is as it seems. While in a fight with Brother Blood's "pet", Steamroller, Cyborg was attacked. Steamroller managed to get the Titans security codes out of Cyborg's system before he was taken down completely. With these codes, Brother Blood staged a break-in at the Tower, attempting to take it over as his new headquarters.

The Titans East are successful in "defeating" Blood and Cyborg decides to stay on as their leader. Once Cyborg leaves the room, however, Aqualad communicates with Blood and tells him everything's going according to plan.

Eventually, the Titans are freed of Brother Blood's mind control. Once this happens, however, Cyborg decided to leave the team in more capable hands (Bumble Bee) and returned home with the Titans West.

A spy inside the evil Hive Academy, Bumblebee was one of the few students that was not under Brother Blood's hypnotic control. Working with Aqualad, she helped shut down Brother Blood's undersea base. At first clashing with Cyborg, Bumblebee has learned to admire and respect him.
After destroying Blood's underwater base, Bumblebee and Aqualad teamed up to track him. When Brother Blood was spotted heading toward the East Coast, Bumblebee formed Titans East with Aqualad, Speedy and Mas Y Menos. Following Blood's defeat at the hands of Cyborg, Titans East decided to remain a team and fight crime in Steel City. Stepping down as leader, Cyborg appointed Bumblebee the leader of Titans East.

He's buff, charming and can breathe underwater. Just when Beast Boy was about to show off his ability to change into a menagerie of underwater creatures, Aqualad showed up. This hero of the deep joined the Teen Titans to stop a mysterious amphibious villain named Trident, who had stolen a boatload of toxic waste. Beast Boy and Aqualad developed a fierce and funny rivalry - and eventually teamed up to defeat the aquatic adversary. After that adventure, Aqualad was given a Titans communicator and made an honorary member of the team.
Aqualad met the Titans again when the evil Master of Games held his own Tournament of Heroes battle royale. The contest was actually a ruse - the Master of Games was out to steal their super-abilities to use for his own evil purposes. The boy heroes joined together to defeat him.

Aqualad later teamed up with Bumblebee to destroy Brother Blood's underwater Hive headquarters. When Brother Blood was spotted heading toward the East Coast, Bumblebee formed Titans East with Aqualad, Speedy and Mas Y Menos. Following Blood's defeat at the hands of Cyborg, Titans East decided to remain a team and fight crime in Steel City.

Mas Y Menos are a pair of hyper-active high-speed twins. When connected by holding hands, the Spanish-speaking heroes can reach super-sonic speeds! But knock them apart, and they are just normal teenage boys. "Mas Y Menos" - which translates as "more and less" - is an apt description for the super-speedy siblings.
Mas Y Menos joined Bumblebee, Speedy and Aqualad and formed a new Titans team - called Titans East - to take down Brother Blood. Speaking only Spanish, understanding the twins is sometimes a challenge to their Titans teammates. Following Blood's defeat at the hands of Cyborg, Titans East decided to remain a team and fight crime in Steel City
