I know technology is rapidly advancing, which can be both good or bad. After hanging out with my friend, it made me think about how often technology can take away from our focus on God and our focus on other people. Instead of appologizing to someone face to face, we send an appology via e-mail. So many things can occupy our time, such as cell phones, ringers, digital cameras, ipods, etc. It's a lot easier for people to lose sight of what's most important now than it used to be. I'm thankful for this website to help keep us on track!

me to, I think it is every more important to think not only from the heart and be aware of others, it is harder for people with dislexia for example and they may not know they have it, technology makes us more easyly misunderstood, we must become more forgiving of each other like god wants.

Oh yeah I'm very grateful for homes, water, electricity, etc. I just think that satan has possibly been using some of the latest gadgets to drive us away from God.. but I am very thankful for a lot of the technology we have today.

Technology serves for the benefit of mankind. Its all about wether this technology is inspired by Satan or by God , the benefits of the internet outcast the negatives by a factor * infinite billion.

Why not scold them? I mean they are really killing people, and murdering eachother Soldiers and militairy people, and those who countries to whom we sell our technologically advanced weapons to , to murder and produce genocide amongst the local civilians.

This is what Jesus meant with the ant gets zifted, but you are letting the elephants pass.

You know i think its sad that you refer to internet as a deminishing technology. Rather look how many BILLIONS of dollars are wasted on creating militairy weapons to kill our brothers and sisters. Christians who walk around with guns owning them and shooting other human beings for whatever rediculous justification they give themselves to allow to play God.

Sorry, I wasn't trying to scold anyone, I was just trying to say what you said in the first line and a little bit of the second about technology being inspired by God or satan. I don't like all the weapons and the guns and stuff either and as far as the internet goes there are bad things on it but it's also used to good purposes too such as this

im sure that god is revealing the new technology to us not satan, and it will be used acording to the bible, an object is only an object, its for our leaders as to wheather they use them or not and that will be up to them as to wheather which side they are on, thats why chosing our leaders is very important though I think god is even in control of that in ways gifting them and revelation, bringing them along, perhalps even more that they might let on to us. we must trust them. the bibles says not to fear.
