  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I like pretty much the entire Goth-Industrial category of music (not to be confused with the genre of the same name, even though it does fall into that category also), which includes Goth Rock, Industrial, Industrial Dance/EBM, Industrial Metal, Goth-Industrial, Alternative Dance, Darkwave, Electronic Rock, some of the icier Post-Punk and Synthpop music, and possibly even visual kei.

I like electronic music a lot....although I like many genre's a lot o_O

I've really been enjoying some of the harder electronic stuff as of recent, such as: happy hardcore, NuNRG, Hardcore, Hard Trance, Hard House, Gabba, Terrorcore, and Speedcore. Good stuff :). Especially some of the bouncy stuff.

Edit: Additional comment: there needs to be more electronic christian music out there. Makes me want to start up making that music and dj'ing it.

Yeah, I'm more of a synth-pop person. I love all the German electro stuff. Wolfsheim, BlutEngel (not the best of names!) L'Ame Immortelle...
I used to be a massive NIN fan. Not so much anymore.
Have any of you guys heard the 'More' album...remix? I don't remember who it's by but it's got great techno stuff on it

Anyhow, acidplanet.com is a fantastic website where people from all over tarnation create songs and upload them to the site, where they are available for your listening and reviewing enjoyment. Me? Well, by george, I've got 11 songs on there myself, under the name science fiction.

You definitely should Bexarametric has a monopoly over the wondrous land of idm. I definitely put him up there with squarepusher and autechre. He's got around 120 songs, too. That's like 12 records, all there for the taking (although he does have one or two for sale at cdbaby).

We SO have to chat sometime. :D (And for the record, it's L'âme). You should also check out (these are all German/Swiss/Austrian) In Strict Confidence, In-accept, Kamikaze 52, and others.

Oh, hell, just go to www.radiogoethe.de :D Best of German/Swiss/Austrian hard rock, metal, industrial (main staple), and electronica.

I just found a song by In Strict Confidence called Industrial Love (it's the VNV Nation remix, for those that know what I'm talking about) and I love it. I haven't been able to get it out of my head for days. ^_^

 wow! i've found someone who's heard that song!
