Background: Tebryn's family is deeply rooted in Drow politics. His father, and those before him all served on the council and held military rank. Tebryn served in several wars, both against the Mind Flayers and against surface dwellers. Recently, he has retired from military service and has been advancing in the political ranks.
Appearance: Black skinned with thin features and white hair. He's dressed in the councilman's cloak and ceremonial leather armor. His eyes are an icy blue. His prized possession is his cloak and bow, gifts from the grand council after a victory in battle. His cloak allows him to blend in with his surroundings when still. His bow is magical,
