CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

It may be "at the end of your rope" where God wants you to be for some reason. Father, this is a very scary place to be, at the end of our rope, but I know it is there so many times where You come through to deliver, and the person then never forgets Your power to provide. I pray for that provision, at the proper time, in the proper way, in the proper amount, that it would raise this one's heart and faith in You. To Your glory, to their blessing, that they may be a blessing to others as well. Amen.

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

Dear tears, I so feel for You... I have been there at times. Dear God help my sister tears, Your precious child in her hardship. Meet her Spiritual need and help her grow stronger. Give her inspiration and empower her to go all the way for finding a way to her financial situation and help her there too and please heal her in Jesus name. Carry her burden God, Amen. Just let it go tears. When all tears are cried out, wash Your face and ask God what is next to do and write a plan. Try to stick to it. Remember to read Your bible and Help Your neighbour. Sometimes when we help each other we get friends. I wish You all the best in life.

Thank you so much, not a lot has changed for me, but I have days when I am stronger. Living in a camper with black mold... Husband had heart bypass and I have had two surgeries all within a year. So finances are drained, we live only on SS.I hope you are doing okay now. The Lord knows all our circumstances.
Yet again I see all the hurting people and know that I am blessed, to have God, and His grace. I can't imagine going through rough times without Him.

YW. Heart bypass? been there, done that (not completely successful, either), but the main thing is day by day to acknowledge that the Lord is good; and my wife and I pray and read the Word together every day, by His grace. 1 Samuel 7.12: 'Ebenezer: Hitherto hath the LORD helped us'.

Husband had the widow maker blockage, had a heart attack. The Docs all say he is a miracle. So I am grateful.
If you don't mind me asking... Why was yours not completely successful
