to our new discussion Thread 
I'll try to keep an update on what's going on and the way we work in this post here....but if there are any major changes I will send out pms anyway
main reason for this thread is to have a place where we can discuss graphics we made - or whatever else we have on our mind - and to keep the graphics collection from becoming a discussion since it's main purpose is to COLLECT graphics and not to TALK about them

How we work:
1) we do have a team photobucket accounts to which you can upload the graphics you have made....but please don't just upload them but put them into the subalbums (according to what they are)
if you aren't sure where they belong just leave them in the main part and I will sort them out
once you've uploaded them and put them into the right subalbum (not if you haven't done that - if I move them the links will break) you can go ahead and add them to the graphics collection (I know it says do not reply but that's just to prevent discussion of graphics there )
the password and username for the account are:
username and password ->pm me if you didn't get them yet or forgot them
please do NOT delete graphics out of this one at any time!!!!
2) there is a second photobucket account which we will use for not yet ready graphics so that we can share and give advise to each other....there's a few graphics in this one already which have been copied into the other one as well....
username and password -> pm me for these as well
3) If you have any questions problems, ideas or whatever just pm me or your team mates...we are a TEAM that means we support and encourage each other and help each other learn new things....I know that making graphics is new for most of you so feel free to ask any questions anytime - that's the only way to learn something
I will start a team discussion thread for us as well where we can post our questions and tips...which programs/ sites you find usefulor how to do something in a program, share things we've made and are not sure about yet, discuss ideas, whatever
4) whenever you have an idea for a graphic and think you can do it just go ahead...if you think you can't do it poste your ideas and let others have a go at it as well
5) it might be that at one point or another I or someone else critizises your work...DON'T take it personal - critisism is to help you improve!!!
6) please post or pm me at anytime....with your ideas, questions or critisism

I've had a lot of experience with graphics programs... I've never used GIMP, but I would imagine some things are just easier to do on my software.
