My dad is an elder at the church I grew up in. Naturally, he has preached many lessons over the years, and one of the greatest challenges he says is reaching out to everyone. While away at college, I was introduced to a biblical software package, iLumina Gold. I was glad to share this software with my dad. iLumina's graphics and animation are top notch and easy to use in any powerpoint presentation. I have learned from my dad over the years that visuals can be some of the most powerful aids in any lesson. I am sure that iLumina will create captive audiences for my dad, for myself as I begin to help teach classes at the church I now attend and anyone else who needs a tool for their class. I hope this will be helpful to many teachers out there. And if you have additional suggestions for me as I begin to teach a Bible School class let me know.
