Honestly I can't see a true Spirit led Christian, so wrapped up in the culture and genre of today, that they would partake in such a custom........one only needs to visit a tatoo parlor, and just look around the room and artwork......It doesn't take a whole lot of spiritual discernment to see what kind of spirits are behind this whole artform......hey anyone for a goathead on your forhead, they'll even give you a 666, might as well beat the rush.......

I visited Amish country in Giles County, VA to purchase some furniture there. I met up with a Noah Swarney, who has a German bible, a KJV bible, and the Strongs Exhaustive concordance. I am envious of the guy.

Guess its a good thing that I'm not Christian then. I just got my 1st tattoo on August 30th this year, after many years of wanting one. I love it, my family loves it, and I fully intend on getting more.

Hey! I am in this age too! I would prefer to live like previous generations but I don't think I would last too long on an acre of mountain land. So I work as a Lab Tech at a large factory. I know within my heart I could grow closer to the Lord in a different environment.

You still haven't answered. If getting a tattoo is so horribly wrong in the eyes of God why do we ignore the rest of Leviticus 19 with complete impunity? If having a tattoo is sinful and vile to God what about the rest?

Just to be clear, having a tattoo or even 1000 of them doesn't stop one from being a Christian. It has no bearing on how God views His children.

Why would I want to spoil this perfect body that God gave me with tattoos? if I want to improve my body I will do it with vitamins and exercise.
