24The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man who sowed good seed in his field:
25But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.
26But when the plant was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.
27So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? from where then has it tares?
28He said unto them, An enemy has done this. The servants said unto him, Will you then that we go and gather them up?
29But he said, Nay; lest while you gather up the tares, you root up also the wheat with them.
30Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather you together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

18For I testify unto every man that hears the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
19And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
20He who testifies these things says, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
31He that comes from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaks of the earth: he that comes from heaven is above all.
32And what he has seen and heard, that he testifies; and no man receives his testimony.
33He that has received his testimony has set his seal to this that God is true.
34For he whom God has sent speaks the words of God: for God gives not the Spirit by measure unto him.
35The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into his hand.
36He that believes on the Son has everlasting life: and he that believes not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abides on him.
Then spoke Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
13The Pharisees therefore said unto him, You bear record of yourself; your record is not true.
14Jesus answered and said unto them, Though I bear record of myself, yet my record is true: for I know from where I came, and where I go; but you cannot tell from where I come, and where I go.
15You judge after the flesh; I judge no man.
16And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me.
17It is also written in your law, that the testimony of two men is true.
18I am one that bear witness of myself, and the Father that sent me bears witness of me.
19Then said they unto him, Where is your Father? Jesus answered, You neither know me, nor my Father: if you had known me, you should have known my Father also.
20These words spoke Jesus in the treasury, as he taught in the temple: and no man laid hands on him; for his hour was not yet come.
hen said Jesus again unto them, I go my way, and you shall seek me, and shall die in your sins: where I go, you cannot come.
22Then said the Jews, Will he kill himself? because he said, Where I go, you cannot come.
23And he said unto them, You are from beneath; I am from above: you are of this world; I am not of this world.
24I said therefore unto you, that you shall die in your sins: for if you believe not that I am he, you shall die in your sins.
25Then said they unto him, Who are you? And Jesus said unto them, Even the same that I said unto you from the beginning.
26I have many things to say and to judge of you: but he that sent me is true; and I speak to the world those things which I have heard of him.
27They understood not that he spoke to them of the Father.
28Then said Jesus unto them, When you have lifted up the Son of man, then shall you know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father has taught me, I speak these things.
29And he that sent me is with me: the Father has not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.
30As he spoke these words, many believed on him.
25But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.
