  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I love it but we are die hard NASCAR fans!!! I think that it was extra funny because of the little tid bits that we caught. I thought that the grace scene was pretty good. I love that he said that Christmas Jesus is his favorite. I say it all the time now!!! It just cracks me up!

Hey everyone!
I just saw this today, and I thought it was pretty good! There were some bad points of it.. sexual and such. Also the one *saying grace* scene didn't seem to be that mocking of Christianity, but I'm not sure about it. Did anyone else see this? I love Will Ferrell!

The little bit I've seen in the trailers was pretty offensive. I don't believe that I, as a Christian, could justify giving my money to people who mock my Lord.

Some people do think it's OK to support that sort of thing. Sad.

I didn't find if mocking at all. I'm not sure what parts you would be talking about. Besides it's hard to judge something just from the previews. Outside of religion yes there was jokes about drugs that I just didn't think were funny. Other than that I can't remember anything else.

Oh, Wilil Ferrel kills me and I hope I'm revived so that he can kill me again, I love him. I have not seen "The Ballade", but can't wait to. I saw a review on Christianity Today that reccommended not seeing it because he inappropriately said "Baby Jesus", oh Christianity why must you reek of fundamentalism?
Haven't seen it, but can't wait to.
