Don't you just love it when someone who doesn't fit the worlds criteria just blows you away.

I'm just listening to MercyMe. Their lead singer probably wouldn't get past round one of Pop Idol but boy what a voice and presence. Same with Mac Powell from Third Day. Men of God with awesome talen/gifts.

I'm not into either of those bands or vocalist but I'd still agree.
Seems like these days the secular scene just takes ppl who are also movie or tv actor/actress. I'm glad the Christian scene is still into requiring actual talent over the my-people-dressed-me-today attempt to be too hot.
