Talamo or Tal for short grew up as a normal kid until one day he was in a bank when a murderer dashed in and started shooting everyone in the bank so he could get the money,(I know kinda lame 
) He was using a unheard of weapon that used electricity and turned it into a stream of or zap of lightining. It killed everybody else but when it hit him he just absorbed it. Suddenly he felt a power he had never felt before and raged at the man for killing all the innocent people enraged that some person would do this he yanked the new power and focused it into his hand. Piling on more will power he soon had a lighting bolt and shot it at the man's leg. This wounded the man badly and made him get caught while Tal was left their standing behind a chair while the police arrested him. When the man screamed what TAl had done Tal was finally congratulated and let out of jail. Ever since then he has preacticed his powers until he is now able to do a lot of stuff related ot electricity with them. He is now aobut 18 and a good athetic guy he is about 5 foot 8 and weighs around 145 pounds. He has short blonde hair and has bangs that fall to about 1 inch over hsi eyebrows. He has blue eyes that may turn yellow if using too much magic and he wears a black bulletproof outfit everywhere he goes. He gets his money by fixing problems with electrical things and can control the lightning of storms easily.

This is for the rp lost dreams: After staying in the city for quite a while he moved to a small village in the middle of a forest so he wouldn't keep having ot use his electric powers to stop disasters that could have been prevented without his help. (ya I know kinda lame but hey I dont want to make up ANOTHER character I already have like 5 million lol)
