Are you saying the Bible is not 100% factual? Is there some "wrong" information in there?

The bible is about humanity's view of the Creator and the Messiah. It is not infallible only God is. If I wrote a book about you and said you were 5 foot 5 rather than 5 foot 6 would that negate the message of the book, would that prevent others from learning about you using the book as a guide? Are you saying the Bible is not 100% factual? Is there some "wrong" information in there?
What makes you so certain that Matthew, Mark, Luke and John wrote the books that bear their names? Have you carefully read the last few verses of John's gospel? Remember, what you "see" does not create reality.Well I guess we differ on that. You see, I see the Bible as 100% inspired by God through the people He choose to write it. I believe Matthew, Mark, etc. all of the people were inspired what to write. I believe nothing got in there that wasnt supposed to be there.
Inspiration does not equal dictation. Even an inspired singer can sing an off key but the song is still inspired and so is the singer. I blame the church for putting the bible on the same pedestal as the Creator for this bible worship we have in our churches. A biography is never equal to the subject being written about.I dont believe the Lord would allow anything "flawed" to be but into his divine word/book.
But you are assuming that it is His book simply because humans say it is. You are working off of a very big assumption.I dont believe the Lord would allow anything "flawed" to be but into his divine word/book.
Nobody who has carefully read the book needs to ask that question. Are you saying the Bible is not 100% factual? Is there some "wrong" information in there?
