I have found that it is so easy to fall before you realise that you have done so that I have started asking Jesus to come with me when I go out. I visualise Him next to me and ask him to guide me through the day so that I do not fall into temptation. Satan is so hard at work that I don't trust myself and it is a great comfort when I ask Jesus to come too. When I am entering the building at work I ask Him to come in with me. Does anyone else do this?

Absolutely!
He is with us everywhere, we just don't tend to invite Him or remember. Can I tell you what I've found lately? I was recently moved to consecrate my 5 senses to Him and in doing so, I'm saying that I'll use these senses for His glory and in His service.
So lately, God's taught me to identify Him with everything I see -my shadow beside me, the sunlight and sky above me, every smile, anything beautiful, pretty buildings & clothes; it helps me keep an attitude of thanks and praise.
Likewise, I'm starting to use the many many negatives I see in people to draw close. It's really comforting when someone is just awful to you, or even just glaring to ask God to become a part of that person and to protect you and be your source.
Next step, the other 4 senses-my nose for the glory of God, though... I don't know.
Anyway, I hope that's an encouragement to you!
