James 1:13 ¶ Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:
14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.
15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

Romans 9:22 What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction:
23 And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory,

Isaiah 47:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

Although God created the darkness in order that He might be known as the light, He does not tempt man. Since He is the only Creator, He must know the rules of creation and we don't. He says in Romans that He suffers this evils existence for a time, but this time will end and evil will be done away with forever when all the sons of God have been revealed.

Did God created greed/temtation in us. If so, didn't he want us not to steal, not to commit adultery, so why he created greed and temtation in human.
If he didn't create greed/temtation, why didn't he take it out anyway to prevent us from commiting sin!
It all began with adam and eve. God created them perfect and sinless, and they lived with God in harmony, without greed, hatred, or any sinfull emotion. It was when Adam and eve made their choice to turn their backs on God, when the fall of man began. In other words, it was mans choice, not God's, to open the door of evil. The catechism explains it well...

Part 1, Section 2, Chapter 1, Article 1, Paragraph 7, SubSection 3, Heading 3

404 How did the sin of Adam become the sin of all his descendants? The whole human race is in Adam "as one body of one man". 293 By this "unity of the human race" all men are implicated in Adam's sin, as all are implicated in Christ's justice. Still, the transmission of original sin is a mystery that we cannot fully understand. But we do know by Revelation that Adam had received original holiness and justice not for himself alone, but for all human nature. By yielding to the tempter, Adam and Eve committed a personal sin, but this sin affected the human nature that they would then transmit in a fallen state. 294 It is a sin which will be transmitted by propagation to all mankind, that is, by the transmission of a human nature deprived of original holiness and justice. And that is why original sin is called "sin" only in an analogical sense: it is a sin "contracted" and not "committed" - a state and not an act.

God did not create sin/temptation in us. Satan has done that. When God created the world he created Adam and Eve. God created a garden for Adam and Eve to eat from. But God made one tree called "The Tree of Conscience" which Adam and Eve were not to eat the fruit from. Satan had somehow then controlled a serpant that God created and talked to Eve.

Now although the man and his wife were both naked, neither of them was embarrassed or ashamed.

"Really?" he asked. "None of the fruit in the garden? God says we mustn't eat any of it?"
"Of course we may eat it," the woman told him. "It's only the fruit from the tree at the center of the garden the we are not to eat. God says we mustn't eat it or even touch it, or we will die."
"That's a lie!" the serpant hissed. "You'll not die! God knows very well that the instant you eat it you will become like him, for your eyes will be opened-you will be able to distinguish good from evil!"
The woman was comvinced. How lovely and fresh looking it was! And it would make her so wise! So she ate some of the fruit and gave some to her husband, and he ate it too. And as they ate it, suddenly they became aware of their nakedness, and they were embarrasse. so they strung fig leaves togeather to cover themselves around the hips.

So basically, God told Adam and eve not to eat the fruit from the tree in the center of the garden. Adam and Eve didn't wear clothes because they had no need. Eve caught up with a serpant wich happened to be controled by Satan and Satan convinced Eve that if she were to eat the fruit from the tree, she would become to be like God. She gave some of the fruit to her husband, Adam, and as they ate it, they became sinful and God did not make them sinful. They either blame themselves or Satan.

*catches breath* Ok, I hope that explains your question. You can also read more in the bible where I left off, Genesis 3:8 - Genesis 3:24

God bless, I pray for you.

God wanted us to have a free choice to obey him. Sure, he could have used a gun (figurately) to make us love him, but it would not be the same

To go even further back before Adam and Eve, God created all of His angels. One of these angels names was Lucifer. He was a beautiful angel. God also created them with free will. Lucifer wanted to sit on the thrown instead of God. He wanted to rule over everything. Lucifer convinced other angels to back him. When they tried to overthrow God, God cast them down to earth. It is because of satan that we are tempted to sin. (And since Adam and Eve sinned; like the others explained on this post.)
