Take a class just for fun...

I've been thinking about taking a creative writing class or maybe one about creating stained glass art...

Is there something you've always wanted to learn? Or an interest that you've never explored? If you could take a class just for fun what would it be?

I don't feel the need to tak ea class to do something, although maybe to meet people it might be a good thing.

Cake decorating

I'm also going to sign my dog up for a training class, but that doesn't technically count.

I've taken swing dance, Irish dance and hula as well as stained glass and cooking on a budget
They were fun!!!

I'm currently teaching myself Hungarian and Electrical Engineering although I don't know how far that will go.

I've always wanted to take a photography class. Maybe I'll find one sometime that's not too expensive.

When I was a kid, I took a cake decorating class. Cake! Frosting! Yummy! At the end of the class, I was taking my decorated cake out to show my mom, and I tripped and dropped the cake, then I fell on top of it! Oops! Well, it gave me a good excuse to start eating it right away.

If your local school system offers night classes, you should be able to find a photography class through their course selection - that's where I took mine.

I would like to take a class in transition metal chemistry. I had the chance in college but took wood chemistry instead. Now I realize the metal is more interesting than wood.

I have always wanted to take some General Relativity classes. I even signed up for one once, but got to busy with other things (Quantum Field Theory). I still might sign up for one at some point, but most likely I will just work through the books I have.

Beginning pottery is one of the classes that I'm looking at too!

Me da always wanted to learn to throw pots, and when he was in his mid 60s he finally did and found the hobby he'd been searching for his whole life. He calls it "throwing mud" now. He actually exhibits his works. It's actually pretty cool.

I want to learn to play the viola. I can play a few other instruments, but never had formal training. I'd like to learn to play the viola right.

Your Dad sounds like my Dad! My Dad always fiddled around with drawing but never took formal lessons until after he had retired and now he is almost 80 years old. He has won awards and sold some of his work! I just wish I would have inherited his gift

I would love to take dance classes, psychology classes, and maybe some classes to learn a different language. I would also like to take singing lessons.

I took a class in bellydancing and I'd love to go back to that and improve.

Other things I'd like to learn are Italian, sewing, pole dancing and ballroom dancing

I have taken fencing and now I'm taking guitar... Sometimes these classes are more fun then a date. I have a friend that took up French Cooking....
