The ten commandments are opposed on Christian grounds and have nothing to do with religious institutions. As Americans foolishly become the enemy of Israels enemy they ignore their own destruction.

This is the typical action of today

"This case fundamentally has not been about the Nativity Scene or the Ten Commandments, which are time-honored symbols of faith entitled to reverence," said Scott Crichton, Executive Director of the ACLU of Montana. "This case is about government."
"Under our Constitution, the government has no business erecting, accepting, or maintaining religious monuments on public property," he said. "Such symbols of faith belong in churches, synagogues and homes, not courthouses and other seats of power of our secular government."
Brigitte Anderson, President of the ACLU of Montana, said that she

However the objection to the ten commandments is not secular, but Jewish. Under Jewish law, the Gentiles do not follow the Ten commandments , they are to follow Noahide laws. There is no objection to be seen by those who oppose the church, rather it is US law.

Whereas these ethical values and principles have been the bedrock of society from the dawn of civilization, when they were known as the Seven Noahide Laws;

The Noahide laws are not in the Torah or the bible. They are in the Talmud

"This obligation, to teach all the peoples of the earth about the Laws of Noah, is incumbent upon every individual in every era" -- (Mishnah Torah, Law of Kings 8:10).
Curiously, no objection from those who wish for separation of church and state.

As a matter of fact, we build synagogs

What is the penalty?

1192 of the Encyclopedia Judaica, "... violation of any one of the seven
laws subjects the Noahide to capital punishment by decapitation."
The Talmud (Babylonian edition) records other sins of "Jesus the Nazarene":

    [*]He and his disciples practiced sorcery and black magic, led Jews astray into idolatry, and were sponsored by foreign, gentile powers for the purpose of subverting Jewish worship (Sanhedrin 43a).
    [*]He was sexually immoral, worshipped statues of stone (a brick is mentioned), was cut off from the Jewish people for his wickedness, and refused to repent (Sanhedrin 107b; Sotah 47a).
    [*]He learned witchcraft in Egypt and, to perform miracles, used procedures that involved cutting his flesh—which is also explicitly banned in the Bible (Shabbos 104b).

13: This testimony is true. Therefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith,
14: instead of giving heed to Jewish myths or to commands of men who reject the truth.
