This is nothing like Peter denying Jesus. If trump would have had the knowledge that she would turn and tell the truth about him, he would have never let her into his inner circle. Jesus knew what Peter would do and did not try to stop him.She is afraid , just like when Peter denied Jesus. She see's people getting sentenced for 20 years just for protesting a rigged election. She knows she can't get a fair trial. She has to take the deal.
The comparison here is wild. If I recall, they actually made a golden statue of trump and his fans adored it.Trump is an old man who somehow obviously has 80 + million disciples .

Sad, It reminds me of the golden cow in the Bible. That people worshiped instead of God. Trump is causing people to stumble.![]()
DALLAS, TX—In a powerful show of devotion to the president of the United States, members of First Baptist Dallas passed their golden jewelry, watches, and personal trinkets down to the front of the sanctuary Sunday morning, where Pastor Robert Jeffress melted the large pile of golden knickknacks into a towering statue of President Donald Trump.
Members then reportedly assembled themselves around the statue and danced, joining in a spontaneous rendition of the church’s own hymn “Make America Great Again.”

WFTH-I That story is a satire.
The actual idol is considerably less impressive:

The article posted just showed satire. And that "actual statue" looks more brass than gold. Brass shines more than gold because it has to try harder. How much gold was passed forward? Looks like a pound or two... so that would make the value of that statue about $20,000-50,000.The one that was marked as satire or the actual stature that appeared at the convention?
As I pointed out, the first one was satire. The second idol was for real.Sounds and looks like satire... not news.
Is the intention of the statue known? Or just presumed? As I pointed out, the first one was satire. The second idol was for real.
So then you confirm the story is satire as I said... thanks. And yes, the real idol appears to be brass-plated plastic. Which when you think about it, fits the subject better than gold, anyway.

Realistic... doesn't sound right.
Was the exact reason for the statues creation stated? This is a strange take on this story.
Pray, why do you think Democrats are not creating a statue like this for Biden? Or, why didn't they make that statue for Obama (who many of us actually like...at least at first).
The first example I posted, is satire as I said. The brass-plated plastic idol is for real and was displayed at a pro-Trump event for the adoration of his followers. So then you confirm the story is satire as I said... thanks.
Now this is off topic. Sorry I mentioned the statue that was brought at the RNC.Was the exact reason for the statues creation stated?
Are you sure there are not idols of Biden and Obama somewhere?
And what was the stated purpose of the statue? And yes, the real idol appears to be brass-plated plastic. Which when you think about it, fits the subject better than gold, anyway.
