Switching daycares...

So i have to switch daycares and Im.nervous about that. It took alot for me to trust this 1st one..

But ever since my daughter's infsnt teacher left the new one they have is crappy ..and she comes home with scars and marks. Today a cut under her eye. I had to pull teeth to get her to write up an incident report.

Needless to say Im going to report her. If shes gonna be that careless she doesnt need to work there. My son however is okay in his class and i hate Id have to pull him too as I cant make 2 trips in the morning.

Just asking for prayers to help choose the right one.

Im very nervous abt everything.

I am so sorry to hear that you are going thru this. I have only worked in a child care center for about 3 years now in 2 separate ones. I would do the same thing as you are. It is hard to put our kids in childcare...to be able to trust a complete stranger to take care of our child and teach them.
I work at a childcare Center. I have seen and heard a lot about childcare centers. A good one can be hard to find. I sure hope you have or are able to find a good one soon.

Have you thought about in-home care? I used to do in home child care in my own home and it was much easier for parents to send their child to me because I was small, their kids were able to get the attention they needed, and much cheaper.
