The only diet I've been able to stay on is low carb.. I lost 52 pounds in a years time.. now i just need to psyc myself up.. well Pray myself up for it...

This diet is really tough...you gotta have serious self control(which i have learned) My family eats GOOODIES! and i just look at whatever they eat and not allow myself to think how good it tastes. It's been working!
