CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I don't think we do - I really think having a group would be great as long as everybody agrees on what purity actually is - as in is it just not sleeping around, or only going so far in a relationship; is it meaning you are pure until you consenually sleep with somebody; or is it being pure of thought and of body?

physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually pure ~in every sense of the word.
it is something i personally need now...a support group. and i believe so do a lot of men and women out there...

I fully believe that we need a support group for purity (chastity). No idea how something like that could get started. But I, for one, am glad to see someone seeking it. Are you looking for a specific forum or an actual physical group or..??

this is great... a physical group would be best but since we are online and so far away then a forum would have to do for now. maybe we could start our own groups in our churches or interchurch friends. i have never tried i before either
