That's funny. What part of the country were you in? We were in a total economic boom then. Personally we did FAR better under Clinton than under the current maladministration.

I won't bother going into this AGAIN, but I suggest you go do a bit of research on it. There's no way Saddam had connections with Al Quaeda and Ansar Al Islam. Both these wanted him gone, and performed acts of terror to get rid of him.
The Leveys in NO - Bush knew there was a very real chance they could break, but he later said there was no way to anticipate it. Him being informed at a meeting was cought on tape, and later released to the public.
WMDs in Iraq. He claimed he knew where they were, despite most intelligence organizations - including the CIA knew it was very likely he didn't have any.

A lie is when a person knows the truth and states the opposite. A mistake is when a person thinks they know the truth but it turns out they were wrong.

President Bush was wrong about WMDs in Iraq, but then most Americans were wrong. I can provide a long list of democrats and news media people that proves most people in America thought there were WMDs in Iraq.
Why do people hate President Bush so much that they would present a lie to destroy President Bush. Dan Rather used falsified documents to try to destroy President Bush.

I believe the answer is the Cultural War. When President Bush won the 2004 election it was widely viewed as an election of morals. The red - blue concept was developed. From that point on it has been the goal of the Atheists to destroy President Bush to achieve victory in the Cultural War.
President Bush has faced more problems that most Presidents and has done better than the democrats. President Bush as not done perfectly, but then no one is perfect.
When compared to perfection, Republicans did not look good, but when compared to democrats, Republicans look brilliant. Without the propaganda support of the Atheistic Liberal News Media the democrats would look ridicules.
The Clinton democratic Administration knew about the levies in New Orleans and did nothing just like the Republicans. Everyone knew New Orleans was a disaster waiting to happen, that much of the city was underwater, and that the levies were not designed for the level of hurricane that occurred. How can anyone blame President Bush for something that in the past would have been considered an act of God.
Saddam, Al Quaeda and Ansar Al Islam were all of the Islamic faith and thus had a common goal of getting rid of Israel and America.
The major mistake made by President Bush was the failure to have a Declaration of War and the associated news media censorship. A major factor of winning WW II was the censorship that prevented every Tom, Dick and Harry from stating an opinion that could not be verified nor for which they are held accountable. America has not won a war since WW II because there has not been censorship. America should never go to war unless there is a total commitment to win as there was in WW II. I believe the democrats and news media became traitors when they started making the Iraq War a political issue.
Right now the democrats want to force President Bush to take the blame for the outcome of the Iraq War, when in reality it was the Clinton democratic administration that got America into the Iraq War and most of congress (democrats and Republicans) that voted for the Iraq military operations.
I recommend no Christian vote for any democrats because electing democrats will not produce better government, but it will support the Atheistic Lifestyle because the democrats advocate and support extreme environmentalism, socialism, feminism, inappropriate contentography, abortion and homosexuality that represent the Atheistic Lifestyle.
