Yo, nice to meet you all.

I've just turned 18, and I currently live in London, UK - though I was born in Hawaii. Um, I'm mixed race. I'm mixed with Mediterranean and Korean. I was actually raised as a Christian (protestant), but I never really started practicing it until recent years.

I've gotta say; I'm not new to the whole forum-situation. Which is actually why I came here to be honest. I've frequented one popular gaming forum and some of the people there are really nice and all but it just had a pretty uncomfortable feeling, it was always pretty hostile.

Outside of studying and faith I do Taekwondo. I've practiced it for as long as I can remember. I remember wanting to learn something like that at a young age, and my mom thought it might as well be Taekwondo because it is a Korean martial art.

Overall; generally I'm a relaxed guy, mixed Mediterranean and Korean, and I do Taekwondo.

And yeah, I'm pretty relaxed about being here in comparison to others. The one I was talking about was like a light version of 4Chan. Lots of swearing, just general nastiness and hostility for no particular reason.

@Jimmy, really? That's cool. I like Karate to be honest; it seems like an interesting martial art. In fact; I nearly chose it as a part of this 'health and sport' School Programme that was being run. I chose boxing instead because Taekwondo hardly focuses on proper punching technique, so I thought it'd help me more.

@Tigger - yeah! Benson Henderson is my favorite fighter. I became interested in him because he's mixed with Korean (as am I) and he's also Christian so it was pretty cool to have that in common with him. I actually added him on Facebook a while ago and I think he has accepted!

@ChristianNewbie - I play a lot of sports games as that is generally my thing. I like to watch sports even if I don't compete in them. Other than that I'm big on RPGs like Pokémon, and one or two fighters such as Tekken.

Awe, cool, good to know. I didn't know Benson Henderson was a Christian. I like his style very smooth and relaxed. I guess that's why his nickname is "Smooth"

Yeah haha. Well according to him he doesn't like to smoke or drink (has never done either). He says he prefers to spend his Sundays in the church than the club, which I think is admirable.

And yeah his style is very smooth haha. He's got a mean standing guillotine choke too.

I love the way he just walks away like it is nothing after he gets the submission too.
