SUNSET Pictures

I prefer taking pictures of people because I think they are more challenging to get, and a lot more artsy, but here is a sunset I would like to share from last night. Both panoramic and regular, and I did resize them a tad bit so they weren't too large to look at on one screen.

Edit: Oi! It seems they are still quite large. I didn't want to lose the qualityt oo much. Oh well they're big

I have some of a pretty sunset over the lake at my mom's house...they're pretty blurry, though....I was trying to get the true color, but without the assistence of a tripod I was having a hard time keeping still enough.

They's some right bootiful pictures you got there.

I was riding home from the shops (it's a long way to the shops if you want a sausage roll) this afternoon when I had a burst of brilliance... I had been taking photos from a terrible location (of the sunset) and as I was coming home I realised that there was a much better place about 200 metres behind the present location which gives a lower artificial horizon... (because it's slightly higher, and because there's no stupid houses in front of it)... I'm such a dork... But at present it's a cow paddock which is nice... but in a few months it'll be full of houses...

I'm always a sucker for sunsets. I just love the transition from white, to yellow, to orange, and then to red that is so beautiful.

Buho, what airplane is that from? Looks like some type of biz jet like a Glufstream or something. Wonderful pictures. I love winglets.

If I had 100 posts I'd put up some pictures of the sunsets I get here. The hills all around my area are already a beautiful golden-tan color, let alone when the low rays of the sun hit them. Makes for some great walks!

I *love* this thread! It was a great idea to make it Leanna. What BEAUTIFUL sunsets! I'm in awe at this very moment of the beauty captured in them. How much taste does our God have? His creations are breath taking! I'm now inspired to get my camera out more often to see what ones I can capture myself. I'm excited!
