  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

The sky was bright and clear that day. The sun shone brightly and its rays scattered everywhere, illuminating every single nook and cranny. The birds flew through the air, gliding easily on the gentle breeze. The clouds floated lazily around the blue, blue sky. The leaves in the trees moved softly with the breeze.
Kaylee and Xaddie stand on the soft green grass, closing their eyes and taking in the sounds of the brook and waterfall pouring water, hearing the chirp of the baby birds, sensing joy and peace and life all around them. The breeze played with them, whipping their hair in their faces and making them cool.
"Let's have an adventure!" Kaylee said, turning to Xaddie. Her eyes sparkled with the want of an adventure. Xaddie thought for a minute.
"Sure! Let's go!" Xaddie replied, and she ran into the forest, jumping over the brook as she went. "Slowpoke!" Kaylee stared for a moment after her, then ran as fast as her legs could carry her after Xaddie. Soon she caught up and they stopped where many trees were cleared to take a breather.
