sun lamps for winter

I've read that sun lamps can help depression, but I haven't talked or heard first hand whether they actually work or not. Has anyone used them?

The power of words are tremendous. You would be surprised how you can become happy if you pronounce happy words. Remember God created the world with words, so you can create your situation with words. Start to speak to word of God over your life and see how you feel....

I'm not sure what a sun lamp is. But a SAD light (or light box) can be very helpful at relieving winter blues. I don't think I ever had a high mood day with one, but it help keep my from getting way down, too.
