I had a problem adding things to my character a while back, but when I saved the avatar and started over again I was OK....

No, I haven't. I didn't know you could start over again making a brand new avatar. I'll have to give it a try. Thank you very much for the suggestion.

missmsdancearama, how did you try to remove it? Did you click on it down in the list of things you own and then click on "Remove Object"? It took me a while to figure that out. Maybe you have, but I just wanted to make the suggestion.

No, I haven't. I didn't know you could start over again making a brand new avatar. I'll have to give it a try. Thank you very much for the suggestion.

I didn't make a whole new one - I got frustrated, saved it the way it was and then when I clicked EDIT AVATAR and started again, I was able to add what I needed with no problems.

I just changed my own and I noticed that it took a little bit longer than usual... a little "wait time" between clicking remove and seeing the item disappear.....

Let us know how things work out!

WHen I change mine, and I do that often, lol! I remove EVERYTHING and get down to a blank screen and then start over. Never have a problem.

Someone else told me to just add a background and then start with a new figure so that's what I did. What do you think?

I removed everything I could and thenI added the background and then I had to purchase another body and eyes and mouth. I guess it will work. Time will tell when I want to change it again. Thanks for your help!
