Suggestions on web hosting

I use http://www.1sthostheb.com The thing I like about it is that it's fast, plenty of features, and only has a one time charge of $50USD, never having to pay another cent. I host my business site on it and have been very satisfied. It may not be for the beginner, though. Tech support isn't the best.

I use Hostdime.com. I have the Delux plan for $9.00 a month. Awesome hosting company. I get way more features than I'll ever use. They have great customer service. They answered all my questions really quickly. I get 750 MB of disk space and 20 GB of band with. I get unlimited number of email accounts. And all kinds of software that is just a few clicks to load. My favorite is was being able to create my phpbb message board with just a few clicks. That was awesome.

A good site for NOW, is 1and1.com There moving there advertising budget to free hosting, but is ends next month, but if you get it, you get 3 (Yes I said Three) Years FREE Hosting (No Pop-up / banners / anything)

Could someone who is hosting a site at 1&1.com post their site link? I want to see how quick the pages load and if it's anything like their website I'll pass. It's taking me 30+ seconds to load a page and I'm on satelite internet with almost T1 speed. I signed up for the service but getting around in the control panel is excruciating.

FYI I just got an e-mail form lunerpages.com (My other host we use for work)

They upgraded there starting account to 800Meg Storage, and 40Gig Transfer per month ($8.00 a month) there "Hi end account) is 1.2Gig Storage and 80 Gig Transfer.

All include SQL Databases and other goodies.

I have used the lunarpages until now, but I am moving because they changed my server on Christmas with only 4 hours non-disputable warning and thus exposed at risk my Christmas promotions.
