I don't see this as very useful to anybody. It's likely several dozen members will have the same complaint or suggestion. They all post to the Suggestion/Complaint forum. They can't see that others have posted the same thread. Mods, already busy, get to respond to the same material from different members over and over. Members never get to know what has been suggested or why it was rejected or if it was even considered. Members are left in the dark. Mods put up with being accused of secret bad behaviour. No one benefits.
Well as long as people think they are alone in a suggestion it's easier to dismiss it. It's when people get together and start realizing they're thinking the same that authority get nervous.
Hey, someone could create a "suggestion" thread and track this thing~probably not a rule against that (yet).
