I know that is Christian theology. My problem is I have doubts about this. I often have thoughts believing that after death we cease to exist. Those thoughts scare me.

That’s great but it’s not the case for me. I struggle nearly every minute.

Keep fighting, GFA. I promise you that you can find relief from these fears. I've dealt with them, too. Anxiety manifests in many ways, and fixations on "what if" scenarios are common in people with clinical anxiety. Please keep trying to reach out and find support <3

I suffer from Thanatophobia which is a constant and extreme fear of death. I am always anxious and fearful of dying. This started about six years ago when I had a heart attack. Please pray for me. Thanks and God bless.

I will pray for you but resolving the fear and moving on to a better emotional place will help.
