I don’t know why folks would be okay with letting horrible communist regimes post, but not free citizens of the US, especially ones who post satire.

Tho... now that you mention it, maybe we should have ideological tests. If so I would ban horrible communists as well as "stolen election" insurrectionists, as well as probly a few other categories of wrong-thinkers.
