Hey Guys, What do You Think Was The Worst Thing You've Asked For in a prayer? Cars... Money...? heheheh For me Personally, i Think The Lame'est Think i've Requested in Prayer...

hmmm *thinks* Was Probably For Jesus to Return for His 2nd Coming in my Engineering Courses; primarily During Finals. hehehe i Remember praying:

"C'mon God bring it!! BRING IT!! I'm ready, feel free to come on down, anytime... I know we're not suppose to know... but I'm sure if you came down NOW before I took this final, you'd surprise just about everyone ELSE!"

Well alot of the things I have prayed for were probably pretty stupid when compared against God's will for me. I have prayed for things that just weren't supposed to truly be in my life. The wisdom of man is but foolishness when measured up against God's wisdom.

My silliest prayer? I'm sure there have been many, but this one sticks out in my head.

Age 13: "Dear God, PLEASE let me make the cheerleading squad, and I promise I'll never 'cuss' again!"



I made it, but I didn't hold up my end of the bargain.

my stupidist prayers would have to be when I was a teenager, each time that I got pulled over for driving under the influence of alcohol, I prayed that if I was just let off, just this once, that I would stop drinking...each time I was let off...none of those times did I follow through with my part!!

Ok, this is awful but I said this before I was even converted..... I was 17 years old, drunk, and clinging to the toilet "God I'll never drink again if you make this stop, I promise!"--I think it's called The Collegiate's Prayer j/k Hope my misery serves as some amusement!

Hmm... well some of the stupidest prayers I've ever heard prayed we for the Buckeyes to win football games. the stupidest prayer I'VE ever prayed is a little harder. I know way back when I often prayed for boys to like me.

What can I say.. I was veeeeery young and had no idea what i was talking about... only heard people saying bad things about Satan.

Aprox. 6 years old, watching 'Jesus of Nazereth'..."Dear God, PLease don't let Jesus be crucified! Why does HE die everytime I see this? Please don't let Him die! Why does HE have to die?!"
