Has anyone ever done the Bishops Certificate? I want to do it and would appreciate any information.

No, sadly i was stopped. As an eager quite new Christian, i wanted to develop. This was a local course which attracted me simply because it meant fellowship and deepening scriptural knowledge. So that i would be better equipped hopefully to lead souls to Christ. To know that joy.
But small petty minds who run the church i belong to felt threatened by my enthusiasms which they mistook for ambition. So they let me know that i was not ready. Some luke warm discouragement to put me off. So i did not pursue it. Gradually i realised that churches are run by the few who may or may not want to share.
That began my disillusionment about church people. I have withdrawn. I am better and happier going another way. Reading my Bible and reaching out to lost souls in any ways i am led to. I will never belong to church committees or such again. They can keep all that. I trust in Lord Jesus, not in people.

I have my dreams of having my own Bible study group. After this pandemic, i shall do it.

That sounds amazing! Also we are entering a season where the traditional way of doing things will be different.
Don't be surprised if your Bible Study group takes the form of video conference calls or a social media group
