Did Scott Hahn ever finish his one volume study Bible? I heard on a taped debate that he was working on one...

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I have done a good bit of websearching. I can't find a single-book-complete Bible by Hahn.
I see he has some Study Guides wherein one book is for the Study of one Book of the Bible (for example": Study of the Book of Mark"
But I don't see any complete Bible by Hahn.

I don't think he has. But, Catholic Exchange (can't remember the website) has his bible-studies on it and probably has some news about it if you want to seek more information.

It would take a lifetime to give a correct and accurate commentary on all books of the Bible. Fr Michael Fallon, has been studying from 18 [I think] and now he is like in his 60's and he has only completed the NT with 2 OT books. You can get plenty of good commentarys and study guides for the Bible, but they often lack something.
