At my height, it is really easy to also look kinda "wide" and "thick" if you know what I mean. I do some auto show modeling and always feel like a bit of an amazon. The thing about eating is that you gotta keep doing it a few times a day. I think it'd be easier to do something like stop taking drugs because you could just cut it off. With eating, you need to somehow make peace with yourself so you can deal with your next meal and the next and the next....

Yeah, that was a point that was brought up in treatment when I was admitted this summer. For drug rehab, they take away the drugs and the temptation to use them is lessened because you don't see them anymore. But food is always around, always there. And you HAVE to eat it to recover, because you have to stay alive. It's weird. And it hurts my brain to think about it, how silly it all is. Why do EDs develop anyway? Is there anything in our lives that we won't warp and twist into something unhealthy? I'm not blaming anyone or anything, it's just that it seems like so many things in our everyday lives can play a part in mental illness. It's weird.
