Struggle with lust

Hi everyone, this is my first post on this forum and I hope I came to the right place to seek help.

I'm currently 17 (turning 18 in August) and I've been struggling with soft porn for a while now. I don't look at full on pornography, I used to about 4 years ago...
My problem now is looking at girls lustfully on Facebook or looking at girls in underwear or bikinis etc.
My conscious is very aware of this and I've tried a numerous amount of times to stop.
I know it is not a sin to touch without lustful thoughts but it's difficult to only do that.
I ask if you guys could help me stop looking at these images and stop having lustful thoughts.
Thank you

Ouch..I get you because I was in the same boat myself not too long ago. I think the main thing is to use the times when you hate yourself for what you've done to sit back and remember how detrimental porn and lust is to your well being. And then resist it with everything. If you start having urges, surround yourself with people. Get an accountability partner.

Probably some of the things you can do is to avoid places where such images are common. That will be tricky I know but it is not impossible. I would also pray for self-control to help resist the thoughts. That will ultimately help you defeat anything that you may come up against.

Best advice here is here in this picture. It was an email as part of a church fast.

It's already morally disordered to touch in the first place, let alone watching porn.

However indeed, looking at a Facebook photo of a girl and having lustful thoughts about her is sinful as long as you deny any responsibility. If you can muster up the courage and will power to believe that lust is sinful, and thus repress these thoughts, I believe that Jesus understands your commitment and of course you will be forgiven.

We are all fallen sinners anyway...you don't know how much of a hypocrite I feel writing this post

Is soft porn really that bad? I mean sometimes you see almost as much at the beach.

I'm not sure the exact definition of that but it does seem like lust in the same which does not promote godliness.
Personally, I try my best to avert my attention on dangerous ground like that, while others are really not bothered in the sense that they have no sinful desire for the person.
