read a report on CNN that said that the U.S. was creating a draft for an attack on Iraq.

correct me if i'm wrong, but hate doesn't end through war.  i don't know the solution, but i'm pretty sure that God has a better idea than we humans do.  (after all, it was we who came up with the idea to create nuclear bombs and weapons of mass destruction.  )

pray that all the madness ends.

I don't think there is a draft planned, but I have heard of the attack on Iraq plans, and I am horrified. There is no reason for us to attack them. If the government has a reason, I think they better be telling us what it is, and not just running off killing without justification.

As one who has been there I can tell you I hate war as much as ayone. Maybe more than most. But wars will not stop, they will only increase, especially in these last days, else the Words of Jesus would not be true.

So as a Christian nation it is our responsibility to stand for Christian principles. The enemies of God have made thier stance clear. They have MURDERED our innocent civillians with great pride and will MURDER many more, as you will see. It is our Christian duty to oppose the devils.

I will pray that God will give us resolve, strength, and victory in our battles.

Sorry, but this statement is incorrect. It was NOT our idea to create either. Ever heard of WW II? (forget past history, lets start there)

Ever heard of Japan, and Pearl Harbor??? Ever heard od Adolf Hitler? Do you know the HISTORY of the A Bomb? No, guess not.

At anyrate we were FORCED to develop weapons to defend ourselves with. And thank GOD we deveoped the A Bomb first. Otherwise we would not be spaeking English in this country now.

Yes, I hate war. Been there-done that. But our weapons have kept us free and I pray when the time comes to use them we will not hesitate!

NO! It was NOT our idea to create these things. Put the blame where it properly goes.

P.S. Did you hear what Hitler did to 6 million Jews? With gas ovens (weapons of mass destruction). Do you have any idea what he would have done with an A Bomb? Do you know where we got the idea for an A Bomb?

i think you misunderstood my statement, gerry. 

when i say "we" created those weapons, i mean "we" as in we humans.  and yes, i believe it was our idea to create those things (it could have been Satan, but i refuse to believe it was God's).  and yes, i do know what hitler (a human) did to 6 million jews. 

the prayer i ask you pray is not that when the time comes, do not hesitate to use the weapons; but pray that the time to use them doesn't even happen. 

look, i know it might be naive of me to think this can all end peacefully with saddam hussein and george bush holding hands skipping merrily down the street singing kumbaya, but hope is all i've got.
